Today and yesterday

During one of our walks I thought I saw a huge snake, fortunately it was just a stick. LOts and lots of gulls and the odd oyster catcher at the mouth of the Inman River this morning, a lone fisherman and lots of clouds. A brilliant couple of days but the mornings have been cold. Enjoying our walks.

OMGosh! I had to snicker at the first two lines of this post. We have a manmade pond in the back yard that is about 30 x 20 feet. There is a deck at one end. When I look out the bathroom window, I can see the deck. What the heck!! A SNAKE on the deck. Out I go, but I arm myself first with a shovel. Kill that frog eating devil!!!! I'm almost made to find it was only an electric cord to the pump. The snake is hanging around. I like to think they scared off my frogs. Nope, they were NOT frog dinner.

Hi P - love your walks - so different to my own. Funny how our eyes and brains can play tricks on us - turning sticks into sales and leaves into tiny birds etc. Go well. B
