Flowers
One of those days. We went in to walk but as there were whales every where the places we normally walk were crowded with people so we came home and worked around the place. The big native dendrobiums are opening their flowers more and more and this lovely deep red one John had brought in from the shade house has covered itself. I also picked a few daffodils and Spanish bluebells for the kitchen table. Tomorrow we hope to drive to Seaford and take the train to the Royal Adelaide Show. We haven't done this before, so an adventure.

As our flowers come to an end with autumn beginning, it's nice to see your spring flowers in bloom.
Always fun to start a week with an 'adventure'. Safe travels.
I am busy dead heading in the garden, feeding the compost piles. Lovely to hear you speak of daffodils, Penny.
Beautiful flowers - I do miss the cold climate flowers up here, but I am glad I do not have to survive the low temps! Hope you enjoyed your adventurous trip to the Adelaide Show.
