This is the cover I was supposed to be doing while at Grumpies the week end before last and I cut it too small for the book i had but today I found an Indian hand done paper book to cover instead.
Brown paper crumpled and bonded to felt, painted etc and a piece of lutradur and lace painted and distressed and sewn on, beads added.
These are fun and easy to do.
I do have a problem though, the book has lovely hand made paper but smells rather strongly of incense.
I did a lot of tidying up and not nearly as much work on stuff I am behind in as I had hoped.
