Absolutely glorious morning, after yesterdays surges the sea was clear and relatively calm. a warm sun on our backs and a pleasant breeze when we turned for home. I managed 35 minutes!!
John had to have a hip x ray goodness knows when we will see what that is all about.
Better go and do some house work.

The photos are lovely, Penny, with all the blue and nary a white snowflake in sight! Awaiting spring's arrival here.
Such lovely blues, Penny. A wonderful place to walk - it must fill your heart with that lovely expanse of beautiful blues.
Beautiful beach photos as usual Penny. It is fun getting old isn't it! We have haunted doctors rooms, X Ray departments etc all year for one or the other of us! At least we know we don't have any terminal illnesses. Cheers
