Too hot to do much but a little bit of hand stitching and another prayer flag will be born.I picked the shell up off the beach yesterday.
My usual rather wonky placements, but that is how I feel at the moment.

You know what??? This is so awesome! You have me yearning to do another embroidery piece with a found object. The shell is sewn on so neatly! Love how you did that! I have been hankering to go walk on the beach too....maybe tomorrow...
Very nice and relaxing hand stitching.
I get a nice, warm feeling looking at this 'wonky' stitching, so it must speak to all the wonkiness in our every day, that things not in perfect order will still find their place.
It doesn't look wonky to me Penny it just looks as if you have artfully placed everything as it should be.
