It has been a bit wet.

I took this photo of Swains Crossing this morning after we had been to see Tabby, we had thought a walk but the wind and rain was a bit much. We came home and with some justification John was a little worried about this cloud at the end of the valley, blue sky yes, cloud? wind and rain and very squally when it hit.

We've had a lot of those ominous clouds this summer with some rip roaring storms. Many people have lots a tree or two along the way and when the thunder claps right above your house its pretty scary!

Could you send some of that rain over here - we are getting seriously short of it at the moment.

Hope your weather improves soon Penny, but I suppose this is what you expect in winter. We are having lots of rain events up here but we should be dry, so the cane farmers are not happy - crushing has been delayed for another three weeks and the sugar content is decreasing as the cane is growing rather than producing sugar!

I´d like some rain here! Getting worried as everything is withering away. Degrees + 30 C here in Sweden! / Ingrid
