Yesterday's walk and part of what I did today.
Here are a couple more photos that I took yesterday on our walk around to Crockery Bay. I love the colour the granite rocks go, rusty reds, these are not showing up as well as I would have liked.
The little bay that you arrive at first from the car park.
And a cake that has sunk a bit in the middle. This is a boiled fruit cake that I have made to take with us when we go fishing at the end of this week. I dont think that it will matter that it has sunk, there is a cup or so of brandy in it and a load of fruit.
John was off today doing something sort of official and I stayed home to get a few jobs done
I am not sure if I will be ready, biscuits to make on Wednesday and I hope Thursday, although I may do some tomorrow as I will be in Adelaide on Tuesday.
It all takes time and this trip not only do I have to have the house in order for the sitter but we take food and bedding etc with us. Most of which I have sorted out. I wish it would rain, another frost this morning, now it has clouded over but from my reading of the weather bureau site there is nothing in sight for another week.
This is getting serious.

Thanks for stopping by and leaving a lovely comment on my blog. Beautiful scenic shots here Penny. Your fruitcake looks scrumptious. I should have popped over for a cuppa.
