we walked the cliffs this morning, quite cold and windy and the sea was certainly stirred up. One of those days where I spent a lot of time cleaning the house. Such a boring job. My back doesnt really like it either. Getting ready to do my 3 day class with Sandy Webster on Saturday.Looking for ward to it.

I love these pictures of the sea. Calm is nice, but I love the action when the wind blows and the water takes on new energy. I was raised on Lake Michigan in the USA and I REALLY miss living at the Lake and enjoying it's day to day changes.
