Struggling, but walking.

I am struggling with my doll. I dont really like her and I think I will put her away for a while and think about her. We had a lovely walk over at Pt Elliot this morning it was quite free of wind, dont you love the sign, none around at the moment, too cold. some flowers were ut and there were no whales but a good walk. Home tired and tried to get my head around this doll. It is not working, so I read instead and fell asleep.

I am catching up on my blog roll reading. It seems we have been out and about which really ruins my routine. You are walking where there are SNAKES! OMGosh. We have a snake or two visit the pond and I am so afraid they will eat my frogs, which hide when one is near. We went out yesterday to buy some deterrent to spread around. It's a mixture that includes whatever moth balls are made of. I hate that smell but I hate snakes worse and love my FROGS!

Our little dog ran out before Terry could catch him. Terry went one way and I went the other where I knew Harley would end up. In the mean time Terry fell into a patch of Poison Ivy. We will be battling THAT for a couple of weeks. I hate that he has it.

I have a cataract forming which reeks havoc with my sight. I suppose I'll get it taken care of but I hate to make more medical bills.

I tried to buy two Jill Maas patterns here in the States but they are on order. I can't afford the currency exchange rate to order them direct. Unbelievable how our Dollar Value has declined. I suppose it has to due with Trumpty Dumpty. I hate to buy PDF patterns.

Be well.
xx, Carol

Hi P - re the doll - with some projects we do just need to let them rest for a bit. Glad you got your walk in - refreshes the spirit. Go well. B
