Cool weather

Our beach walks have been not very long, I just don't seem to be able to walk far without aching but at least I am doing them. THIS morning a a few tiny dead fish. The seagulls were enjoying them. We were not sure what they were. Also a large shark egg, lots of kelp and with the high tides another re arrangement of sea weed on the beach. I have also been playing with paint fabric and paper. Not terribly inspiring but fun. The painted fabric I am now very slowly doing some hand embroidery, a short free online course. Sorry for some reason this is going haywire so I will stop.
